Tennessee-Based Brand Breaks into 5th New State in 2024

October 8th, 2024 — Access Garage Door & More, a leading residential and commercial garage door services provider, is excited to announce its newest franchise agreement in Rockwall, Texas. The new location is the first in The Lone Star State and officially expands Access Garage Door & More’ presence into 17 states. Texas is the fifth state the brand has entered this year alone, and the seventh new market awarded in 2024.

This Texas location bolsters the company’s nationwide footprint. Since the beginning of 2024, Access Garage Door & More has seen a 140% growth in awarded new locations. For Access Garage Door & More CEO, Jesse Cox, the move into Texas is as much personal as it is strategic.

“Texas has always held a special place in my heart. While I grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee and our company is based here, I was born in San Antonio, Texas, and I’ve always felt that the state’s strong human resources and unique culture would be a perfect fit for our business,” said Cox.

Texas is one of the fastest-growing states in regard to population, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau and the state. The state saw more than double the national population growth with 15.1% between 2012 and 2022, making it a prime location to bring Access Garage Door & More’ quality and service. With this amount of growth, there are ample opportunities for additional locations.
